There have really not been any good affordable ways in previous years to implement IDM for the SMB.

I just read a great article by Dave Kearns from Network World, called “Integrated Identity Management: How to Get It?” and I couldn’t help but think, 1. what a smart guy he must be and 2. and what a terrible job we’ve done in telling our story!
