FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tempe, AZ, March 9, 2010: Directory Services, Inc., the provider of Identity Integration and Automation products and services today announced that it has entered into a strategic OEM partnership with MuleSoft, the provider of web middleware built on leading open source projects Mule ESB and Apache Tomcat, to provide next generation Identity Management solutions based on SOA Principals. Directory Services, Inc. will be leveraging MuleSoft’s technologies as a key component to deliver the SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) foundation for GreyTower.
The family of Products will be built under the GreyTower brand, and address Identity Management (IDM) issues from a business process level and can be deployed alone, or integrated with other existing IDM solutions adding simplicity, flexibility, and scalability. GreyTower is the first product to market to address the issue of IDM Consolidation and Integration, (the problems created when large deployment projects become stalled or require integration between more than one Strategy, as in the case of mergers and acquisitions, migrations and business unit consolidation). The added benefit will be the ability to extend Identity Services into any Enterprise Services Bus (ESB), and natively into MuleESB.
The GreyTower line of products will address not only large enterprises, but small medium business previously unable or unwilling to implement IDM due to complexity and high costs. “GreyTower is a game changer in the way Identity Management will be deployed in the future”, said Marc Potter, Vice President, Directory Services, Inc. “Large companies will have strategies to save expensive stalled projects without a need to “rip and replace”. Small and Medium companies can deploy lower cost “purposed based” solutions to satisfy special needs as they see fit. We are excited about our partnership with MuleSource. We feel they are Best-in-Class in this market, and have the rock solid foundation we were looking for to complete our vision.”
